Refund policy

We have a 60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. There are a few exceptions:

• Sale items are final sale.
• Items can be returned within 60 days in unused condition with all packaging for a full refund.
• Electronics can be returned within 30 days unopened with all packaging for a full refund.
• Debit purchases made in store are refunded by cash.

To return a shipped order, please email hello@fuller.bike  beforehand to confirm the return. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Items must be postmarked before 60 days for a refund.

Cancelled or returned online orders over $500 are subject to a 3% restocking fee. 

International orders are final sale.
